Manual quality control of aerial images is labor-intensive and vulnerable to oversight errors. Moreover, the number of aerial images that are acquired has been growing rapidly in recent years. Relying on manual image quality control will no longer be practicable in the near future. Recognizing these challenges and in pursuit of streamlining the aerial image quality control process OPEGIEKA developed an automatic solution.
CertiflAI incorporates AI-based solutions to detect common defects in aerial images (vertical and oblique) such as clouds, cloud shadows, blur, discolorations, burned-out areas, and glares.
The program analyzes and processes images using AI algorithms by examining the uploaded aerial photos or its thumbnails. Defect masks are then provided or blurred areas are identified. Based on this, the user can review the results of the analysis by accepting or rejecting detected defects using a dedicated tool.
A very simple interface of the application requires a maximum of 1 day of training.
Vertical images, orthophotos, TrueOrtho and oblique images can be analyzed.
The option to utilize the photo analysis service without purchasing a license (CertiflAI pay-per-image).
User analyses only detected defects.
Automated generation of both a summary report and a detailed report with control results.
